Join us as we welcome Shelby Adkins for another mid-week mindfulness class.  During this session, we will learn the importance of self-care and various techniques for dealing with stress.  She will be teaching us how to use EFT tapping to reduce stress and anxiety; various focusing techniques and also loving-kindness meditation.  You won't want to miss this session.  Space is limited, so call the library today to reserve your spot.
