Notary

Our licensed professional notary public services are here to make life easier. Notaries are available Monday-Friday. Please note the library does not have notary service available on Saturday. The fee for notary services is $2.00 per stamp.

Why do documents need to be notarized? A notary public acts as an impartial third-party witness to not only the signature of a document, but also that all parties who signed a document did so willingly and under their own free will.

Bring a valid, government issued photo ID with you when you visit De Soto Public Library for notary services.

Exam Proctoring

Have a test proctored by Library Staff. Call 636.586.3858 to setup an appointment.

Voter Registration

If you are not a registered voter and would like to register, please see a library clerk for a voter registration card. You can also register online.
