The Fountain: June 2026
So many events are happening at the library in June! We kick off our annual Summer Reading Program on June 1st from 10am-noon. There will be a dino dirt dig, bubble pit, oversized games, an indoor scavenger hunt, and of course sign ups! Summer Reading Program will run from June 1st to July 31st this year packed full of crafts, trivia, STEM programs, and so much more! Be sure to check our calendar for a full list of summer activities. Forms are available at the library for the bookmark and button contest. Chopped @ Home kits are back this summer!  Bookmarks must follow the theme: Unearth A Story, and buttons must follow the theme: America’s 250 Birthday. All entries must be turned in by June 20th. The Friends of the Library Yard Sale will be held on June 13th from 9-noon. We will be closed Friday, June 19th in honor of Juneteenth! Dinosaur Trivia for ages 12 and under (parents encouraged) is on Friday, June 12th @ 3:30PM. Donate blood at the library with ImpactLife on Monday, June 29th from 2:30-5:00PM! Don’t forget your access to ebooks FREE with your library card. Patrons have access to Hoopla and Libby to read, watch, listen, or anyway you enjoy!
